 Sax4Fun! offer saxophone lessons in the South Wales area to pupils of all ages. Lessons are prepared according to the needs and abilities of our pupils. We have learners from schoolchildren to businessmen, housewives to retired people, all ages can learn to play successfully and enjoy the experience of playing a musical instrument!

MOBILE TUITION

Lessons are given either with us in Newport, or if you prefer, in your home -
to provide a relaxed atmosphere for learning. Areas covered in South Wales include Cardiff, Newport, Cwmbran, Risca, Magor, Chepstow... please ask us if we haven't mentioned your region - we usually work within a 25 mile radius, but lessons can be given in other areas. We cost the lessons according to traveling distance - prices start at £21 per lesson for adults, and £18 per lesson for children in the Torfaen area. Petrol costs are added according to distance. Lessons can be given weekly, fortnightly, or once/twice a month. We work lessons out according to your needs and commitments.
RENTAL OPTION

If you'd like to try learning before committing to purchasing a saxophone, rental options are available. Please ask us for rates and an application form if you're interested in renting. There is a limit of six months for the rental, after which time you have the choice of purchasing the instrument minus the rental payments you have made.



BUSY LIVES!

We are aware that many adults cannot commit to regular lessons due to busy lifestyles and work commitments. Our lessons are extremely flexible, we offer lessons according to your lifestyle. Times are arranged on a weekly or monthly basis, and can be adapted as necessary.

FUN!

We want your learning experience to be fun and enjoyable.
Our teaching methods are focused on performance and basic music reading skills rather than exam theory  and  studying to gain qualifications. Learning this way  encourages people to have a go and doesn't include the pressure of having to sit exams. Workshop events are available for learners to play with other musicians. Jazz and blues learner group sessions also available.
